RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for non-personalized products, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or visible quality issues.
To initiate a return request, customers must contact us at contato@championsfutshirt.com with their order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
For standard returns (non-defective products), return shipping costs are shared equally (50/50) between the customer and Champions Futshirt.
For defective or damaged products, Champions Futshirt covers 100% of the return shipping cost.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your financial institution.
Personalized products are not eligible for refund unless a verified manufacturing defect is identified.
